Most recently, he has advised clients acquiring a caravan park (land and business) and acted on the sale and acquisition of petrol stations. John has developed streamlined processes to assist clients, particularly throughout their conveyance or other transactional matter. He has also developed skills in estate planning and offers a stress free experience for clients he assists in this area.

Carolyn has worked for some of Australia’s largest law firms throughout her career, including Allens and Baker & McKenzie. Carolyn also gained unique experience working with Herbert Smith in the UK. She has more than 15 years experience across a variety of practice areas with a focus on litigation. Carolyn also has a depth of experience in property law, employment law and intellectual property (particularly trademarks) and estate administration. Her attention to detail in large scale litigation matters and ability to distil the information into concise language and share the strategy with clients is appreciated by clients involved in disputes. She is excited to continue helping clients who appreciate her clear advice and responsiveness.

Katie’s focus is providing assistance in the practice areas of conveyancing, leasing and commercial transactions. Katie has developed excellent skills in using the electronic settlement platform, PEXA for all of our conveyancing transactions. Clients benefit from her depth of knowledge across these practice areas and they appreciate her friendly manner in the delivery of legal services. Katie is continuing to build on her legal expertise by undertaking a degree in law whilst she continues to work full time with Oxley Law.
